From L & T Serene County to LB Nagar. From Gachibowli to Jubilee Hills. From Kokapet and Kondapur to Kukatpally. Hyderabad gave away 8500+ smiles.
Nearly 15 wonderful people / volunteers stepped forward to play conduit and collected 8500+ basic necessities (clothes, toys, footwear, books, etc.) on 3 February, 2018.
Hundreds of generous people in Hyderabad came forward and contributed used but reusable items for charity.
Bring a Smile sent most of the items to Goonj Hyderabad where they will be issued to rural folks in lieu of the village folk building roads, wells, toilets etc. to benefit their respective villages.
Kudos to the nearly 20 member strong team from Bring a Smile that ensured collection, loading, storage and then transport of these items. Shout out to WashApp, a partner who helped ferry the items. To Surabhi Bansal for her idea to involve more communities in Hyderabad
